This is a new age take on a classic cocktail drink. Mixing in cold brew coffee with Irish cream and whiskey bring a whole new element to this drink - highlighting the deliciously smooth cold brew coffee flavor. We came up with this drink in gratitude and as a tribute to our one and only favorite Irish mentor, Kieran Folliard, founder of 2 Gingers Whisky.
- 1/4 cup Bizzy Organic Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey (We like using 2 Gingers Whisky!)
- 1/4 cup Irish cream
- 2 minutes
- Serves 1
- Combine ingredients in a glass and stir! Serve cold.
