Our take on an old fashioned whisky plus coffee drink. It's also a sincere shout out to our friends at 2 Gingers Whisky.
In advance, combine 2 Gingers, Bizzy, Averna and Bizzy Syrup in bulk. Stir well to combine (that's your batched cocktail). Then to serve, in a glass add two dashes Angostura Bitters, fill glass with ice, then add desired amount of batched cocktail. Garnish with a lemon twist, oils expressed on the surface of the drink.
Combine 2 parts Muscovado or Demerara sugar to 1 part Bizzy Coffee Concentrate (by weight) in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, and allow to cool.
