This Peppermint Mocha Protein Smoothie is made with cashews, cold brew coffee and peppermint extract and is a sweet post-workout smoothie that’s perfect for the holidays! (or if you still got a holiday hangover, that is!)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bizzy Organic Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1⁄2 cup raw Cashews
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp plain Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1⁄4 cup Milk of choice
  • 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp Peppermint extract (adjust quantity according to your liking)

Preparation Time 

  • 5 minutes

Servings

  • Serves 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
