How do you make a perfect cup of coffee with BIZZY's Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate?

To make your perfect cup of BIZZY Coffee in seconds mix 1 part BIZZY Concentrate with at least 2 parts water or cream. Serve however you like, wherever you like.

How many cups does one bottle make?

1 bottle of BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate makes 6 cups. Each box ordered contains 4 bottles of BIZZY making 24 cups total.

How much caffeine does Bizzy Coffee contain?

That's 125 mg of caffeine per serving.

When will my coffee ship?

How long does BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate last?

BIZZY is sealed for freshness with a foil seal technology. Before breaking the seal each bottles lasts for 1 year. After breaking the seal each bottle is good for 3 weeks and must be kept refrigerated.

What ingredients are in BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate?

BIZZY is only 2 ingredients: Coffee and Water. We don't use any preservative or pasteurization in brewing the product. 

What is cold brew coffee?

Cold brew coffee is a way to replace temperature with time to produce premium tasting coffee with less acid. Ground coffee is steeped in water for up to 24 hours to produce coffee with 68% less acid and up to 3x as much caffeine compared traditional hot brewed coffee.

What is the difference between cold brew coffee and iced coffee?

Iced coffee is traditional hot brewed coffee, simply poured over ice resulting in a bitter flavor and a stale drink. BIZZY's Cold Brew Coffee is always fresh, delicious and can be consumed hot or cold.

Is BIZZY certified organic?

BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is USDA certified organic.

Is BIZZY gluten-free?

Our product is gluten-free, and we do not produce in a facility that contains or has come in contact with gluten. However, note that we are not yet certified gluten-free as of now, but we are definitely looking to be certified soon. 

Is BIZZY kosher?

Unfortunately, BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is not kosher. 

How should I store my bottles?

Before opening the seal there is no need to refrigerate BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate. You can store your BIZZY in your pantry or cupboard with your other foods.

Can you make hot coffee with BIZZY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate?

Yes, you can add hot water directly to the concentrate or warm in the microwave or heating method of your choice. Heating does not affect the delicious flavor of BIZZY.

Do you have a Decaf version?

No, not at this time.

Where do you get your beans?

We source the best quality, organic, arabica coffee beans from Central and South America.

Is your coffee safe to drink for pregnant women?

Because of the caffeine content, we don’t advise that pregnant women drink BIZZY.

What shipping methods are available?

Standard shipping is free for subscriptions only. All orders are shipped using UPS. If you require any other shipping methods please contact us with your order number at

Do you offer product pick-ups?

At the moment, we do not offer product pick-ups, but we are exploring this possibility for the future. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Does my gift subscription have an expiration date?

No, you cancel at anytime or set an expiration date during your order.

Are we able to pause and resume an individual or gift subscription?

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, not at this time.

Do you also sell in brick and mortar stores?

Yes, we don't just sell online on Shopify,, Amazon US or Amazon Canada; we also sell offline, like in groceries, supermarkets or convenience stores nearest you. Visit our Store Locations page to know which store nearest you sells Bizzy Coffee.

My coffee came with the cap off or a bit loose. Does this mean my coffee is already spoiled?

No, not at all. Notice that underneath the cap is a seal that secures the coffee so as long as that is still intact, your Bizzy Coffee is still good.
